Q: How do I know the Company won't fold and what will happen to my network?
A: So long as there are networks in place the plan will continue. If by a majority decision of the remaining members, it is decided to cease operations, the remaining funds (after all outstanding liabilities are met, including outstanding commissions) will be distributed to charitable institutions in the Companies books.

Q: How do I know who is in my network?
A: You will have the option of having your network - posted, faxed or emailed to you. If you have Internet access, you will be able to look up your complete network on the U-Care website at any time.

Q: Where do I find the people?
A: You make a list of all the people you know or are acquainted with - your prospect list. Do not leave any names off this list. You will be surprised at how many names you can find. Remember that initially you are only looking for 5 to 10 people and then to help them to find their 5 to 10 people.

Q: Can I have more than one DMP number?
A: You can only have one DMP number per person or company.

Q: Can I poach someone from another members network if their up line is not supporting them?
A: No. Action will be taken against any member found doing this (see Rules and Regulations). However if you are in a situation where your up line is not providing any support, you must request permission in writing, to DMP management, to move. Provided you have no members in your down line and you and your up line have not rectified the situation within 30 days of receipt of relative correspondence from the Company, the Company may then, at its discretion, allow the move. All moves will be judged on their individual merits.

Q: If I cancel can I rejoin, if so where and how?
A: You may cancel your contract at any time, giving 30 days notice. You may rejoin, with the written permission of management, after 3 months.

Q: Are we allowed to advertise and print our own marketing material using U -Care's name and logo?
A: No, unless you obtain written permission from U-Care after submitting full details of your proposals. You are an Authorized Independent Representative (A.I.R) you may use all the official marketing material supplied by the Company.

Q: What happens if I don't have three people on my front line but more than three on my other levels?
A: You won't earn any commission. You must have three or more fully paid up members on your front line in order to earn any commission. This minimum must be maintained at all limes.

Q: I like the business but don 't have the time?
A: A network marketing business is based on the principle of helping others to help themselves. Your up line is there to help you. The time you need to get your business up and running is totally dependant on how quickly you want it to grow.

0: What happens if I have 3 or more on my front line, two on my second level ant/ more than three on my third and fourth levels?
A: You will not earn any commission on levels two, three or four. In order to earn commission on a level and below, you must have at least one commission earner on levels one, two and three.

Q: How long do I continue to get commission ?
A: For as long as you have paid up members and the correct structure in your network.

Q: Will my donation increase annually?
A: There is voluntary option for an annual escalation of your donation. It would be in your interest to encourage all your members to exercise this option.

Q: Will there be bonuses and how do I qualify?
A: There will always be incentive bonuses. They can change from time to time. Some will be one once-off and others can remain in place so long as the qualifying conditions of the bonus are always met.

Q: Can the bonuses he altered or taken away?
A: Bonuses can, from time to time, be altered or taken away, but DMP will endeavor not to prejudice the members.

Q: Can a cc or Pty join as a member?
A: Yes, at the discretion of management, once all the relevant documentation has been received and all conditions have been met. There can only be one DMP number per organization and no member or director may already be a DMP member.

Q: Can a registered non-profit organization join the DMP?
A: Certainly. It is hoped that this would prove to be a very successful way of raising funds for themselves.

Q: Is there any capital outlay when I join?
A: No, but the optional starter pack includes the manual (essential if you want to establish a successful business) free application forms (normal price R5.00 each) and presentation DVD. Currently, at a sum of only R130.00. A mechanic needs to read the manual of the car he will work on and have the correct tools to do the job correctly.

Q: What is the best way to grow my business - by going very wide as quickly as possible or building deep?
A: Breadth will encourage growth and quick income, depth will establish a more stable and secure income. We believe in growing front line slowly and to rather help your key members to grow their front lines before adding to your front line.

Q: Is it a pyramid scheme?
A: No. One definition of a pyramid scheme is that the person at the top makes the most money. This is an equal opportunity business and therefore you can earn more than the person above you.

Q: I want to do the business hut I can 'I do presentations - who can do the presentations for me?
A: Your up line must help you with one on one's and home meetings. Where possible, there will be regional presentations to which you take any new prospective members.

Q: What is the difference between this MLM and any other MLM business?
A: Most other network marketing businesses are there to sell as much of the producer's product as possible, this network is designed to support charities and create employment opportunities.

Q: What happens if I go overseas (relocate)?
A: Your business will continue to operate and commissions due will be paid, as long as your members pay their donations (all the necessary day to day administration is done by the Company). You can monitor your business via the Internet from any where in the world.

Q: Will the plan ever reduce commissions and or percentages paid to charities?
A: No. It is hoped that they will increase as the business grows.

Q: How do I check the transparency of the Company and know that the correct funds are being paid to the relevant charities?
A: Quarterly audited books of the Charity Distribution Account will be available to all members via the internet or on request.

Q: What happens if my debit order fails?
A: You will have up to 12th of the month to make alternative arrangements for payment. If not paid within this period, your commission will be suspended payment is resumed. Missed commission will be forfeited. If no payment is received for two consecutive months, your membership will automatically be terminated.

Q: What happens if someone in my network fails to pay or cancels?
A: You will only lose the commission from that member. The remainder of your network will remain in place.

Q: What is the purpose of the "Unpaid Statement"?
A: The Unpaid statement will provide you with details of members who have not paid their donations, for what ever reason. It gives you the opportunity to get them up to date with their payments and ensure that you do not lose commission and bonuses.

Q: How do I run my business and grow my network?
A: Use your up line. Study and use your manual. Attend regular regional training and motivational meetings. Stay positive by being around motivated people - avoid negative people

Q: What qualifications do I need?
A: If under the age of 18 you must have a legal guardian's written permission and have a debitable bank account (for payment of donations and receipt and commissions and bonuses)

Q: Is the plan legal?
A: The plan is a legal Network Marketing Plan (Multi Level Marketing) and meets all the relevant requirements.

Q: Can I sell or will my plan?
A: Yes to both. You will need the authority of management, but permission will not be unreasonably withheld. Management would hope that the person buying the business would want to continue to grow the business.

Q: Can I make donations without being a member?
A: Yes. A management and a small commission fee will be deducted and the balance transferred to the Charities Distribution Account for distribution to charities.

Q: Can other members see my plan?
A: Your up line can see all your members (his hierarchy) that are on his levels only.

Q: When will I start earning?
A: If your network structure is in place and all the relevant members are ! paid up (on the first of the month), you will be paid your commission on or before the 20th of that month.

Q: How do I get paid?
A: As close to the 20th of the month as possible, by electronic transfer into the same account from which your donation is drawn. If your commission is more than your donation then the donation amount will be deducted from the commission due.
Q: How are the funds, allocated for charity, distributed?
A: On your application form you can indicate your charity of preference. Funds will be distributed as close as possible, to the average requests from the members but at the discretion of the appointed Trustees. Details will be published at regular intervals.

Q: Am I employed by DMP and do I have to pay tax?
A: No, you are not employed by U-Care. You are an Authorised Independent Representative, or A.I.R and run your own business independently of U-Care. U-Care merely assists you with most of the day-to-day administration of your business. As in the case of any other business, it is your responsibility to declare all your income. U-Care will issue you the relevant IT3(a) form.
