 How the concept of U-care was born

A few years ago, on a cold, wet and windy Sunday morning, a man had stopped at a red robot in Durban, when there was a tap on his car window. A small boy, shivering and in ragged clothes, held out his hands for some money. The man felt sorry for the little boy and was about to give him ten rand, when he noticed three older boys in coats and sniffing glue, watching what was going on. Realizing that they would simply take the money from the smaller boy, he put it back in his pocket and drove off with a sore heart. He really had wanted to help this child and so ask God to show him a way to ensure that money intended for the needy would get to the right people and places – and so the concept of U-Care was born. 

Why U-Care?   
U-Care believes that within every individual there is a measure of compassion and a willingness to help the disadvantaged. U-Care found that people are more willing to contribute to charities if:

•They know the funds are being used effectively
•There is some benefit to themselves.

With this in mind and tired of hearing about much – needed funds that are donated to organizations being misappropriated, two Pietermaritzburg businessmen decided to form a transparent charity funding corporation with a tiered commission structure with 3 benefits for you the contributor.

Cash-flow Quadrant
According to Robert Kiyosaki in his book Cash flow Quadrant, there are 4 main ways of earning money.

1. You can be employed (E), e.g. secretary, teacher, nurse.
2. You can be self-employed (S), e.g. doctor, electrician, physiotherapist.
3. You can be in business (B), e.g. own a franchise.
4. You can invest (I) your money and have it work for you.

E & S = LIMITED INCOME                       B & I = UNLIMITED RESIDUAL INCOME

In the option on the Left-hand side, your time is not your own and you are more than likely earn a linear monthly income. It is recommended that if you want to be financially independent you should move on to the RIGHT-hand side, which will give you BOTH TIME & MONEY FREEDOM.

In U-Care you have the opportunity to start a business in the B quadrant for a minimal start-up cost which will give you a real chance of becoming financially independent, earning an unlimited residual income, giving you both time and money freedom.

The richest man who ever lived in his time, John Paul Getty once said, “I would rather earn 1% from 100 peoples efforts than 100% from my own.” You can see that U-Care uses this principle, and large sums of money can be generated for charities in this way!

Is U-Care Legal?

This is a question regularly asked. Because people do not know it and they do not believe that something so simple can be made to work.

Here are some points to proof that U-Care is legal:

  1. Signed letter by Leon Louw - A letter by an attorney called Leon Louw where he states that he cannot find anything illegal about U-Care. If you search google for "law review project leon louw" you will find enough info on this guy.
  2. Charity List - This is the amount that has been donated since U-Care was launched in April 2005. You can call those charities and ask them if they received such funds.
  3. Bank reconciliation statement and receipts from charities. It also contains some receipts from some of the charities. There are too many for this document but they are available on request.

U-Care is not an article 21 company because they are not a charity organization. 

All the money that goes into the U-Care account goes out at the end of the month. They do not make any money.
They are not a charity, they render a service whereby they collect money for charity and they pay the people (like you and me) who help them to do so. You can also see their web site at www.u-care.co.za

U-Care is NOT a Pyramid scheme because if I find only 3 people on my 1st level who all find 3 each on all their levels I will earn R2235. But if you find 5 people on your 1st level who all find 5 on each level you will be earning R13675. The harder you work, the more you will earn no matter on which level you are.
