What is U-Care?

It is a transparent charity funding company with three benefits for you, the contributor:

1. Support Charitable Organisations
2. Cash Bonuses
3. Create an Income

U-Care started in April 2005 and its first donation was R1500 for April. To date over millions of rands have been donated to many different charities countrywide, and the number is growing on a monthly basis.

Our goal is to give a million rand a month to charities and we are well on our way to doing just that!

How does it work?

You make a monthly contribution of R125 to the U-care Fund. A maximum of 20% is used for Administration. A minimum of 20% is immediately transferred into the Charity Distribution Account, whose trustees distribute that money to registered charities. The remaining 60% goes to the DMP Fund for commission, rewards and prizes. Any excess in the DMP Fund is added to the Charity Distribution Account.

A.I.R

Through your U-Care business you will generate funds for charities that have authorized U-Care, and by extension you, to generate funds for remuneration. This authorization, which automatically applies to all U-Care members, makes you an Authorised Independent Representative (A.I.R.) within the Company.

FIRST LEVEL

In order to start earning commission; (1)- you must pay your contribution of at least R125 each month; (2)- you must introduce at least three people on your first level; (3) - and all have to pay their contribution every month.
If you find your first 3 people in 30 days you will earn a R100 once-off quick start reward. Remember, 3 is the minimum. If you want to earn a lot of money for yourself and generate a lot of money for charity, you must commit to ”going wide”.
If you find 6 people in your first 30 days you will receive another R100 once-off quick start reward. In the example above, you are contributing your R125 a month and have 6 people on your 1st level who are also contributing R125 per month, making 7 in all. The 20% that goes to charity amounts to R25 per person, which means that you have now generated 7 X R25 = R175 for charity. You received R10 commission for each on your 1st level, which means you will earn 6 X R10 = R60 for yourself.

When your monthly income is more that your R125 contribution, U-Care will deduct your next month’s contribution from your earnings and pay the balance into your bank account. So if you find 3 people within 30 days you will be R5 in the clear after the deduction of your contribution, and if you find 6 people within 30 days you will have made R135 (R260 – R125) commission in your first month.

SECOND LEVEL

You must now help and encourage your 1st level people to find on their 1st level (which is your 2nd level), and at the same time remember to keep introducing people on your 1st level. If you find 10 people to join on your 1st level in your first 60 days you will receive a R200 once-off Commitment Reward. You need to keep adding people to your 1st level until you get to 20.

One thing you must understand is that some of the people you introduce will work hard and some won’t, which is why we work with averages when we do our calculation. If your 6 people on your 1st level find an average of 3 each, making a total of 24 on your 2nd level, charity will receive R775 and you your commission will be R480 on your 2nd level. Added to the R60 you’re earning on your 1st level, minus your R125 contribution, your total earning with the above structure will be R415 plus bonuses and rewards.

THIRD LEVEL

And so the process repeats itself. You need to continue going wide on your way to 20 on your 1st level, and the 24 on your 2nd level will in return find their own 1st level people. Remember: no everyone is going to work at the same speed, so if the 24 get an average of 3 each this will give you 72 people on your 3rd level. This generates a total of R 2575 for charity. Do you know many people who are able to say they are responsible for that amount going to charity every month? At the same time you will earn R2 575 per month, made up from your 3rd level R2 160, plus your 2nd level R480, plus your 1st level R60, minus your R125 contribution.
Would that make a difference both to you and to the disadvantage people we are helping?

What your Business could look like after a year

This section is very important to understand, as it shows you how important it is to GO WIDE and what your business could and should look like if you structure it correctly. Your first target should be to get 10 people on level 1 as soon as possible and then 20 on your 1 level. Remember, some people work hard and some don’t- in all walks of life. The same is going to happen here – some will work hard and some won’t, and you are looking for the people who will. This is what may happen. Your 1st person is like you and finds 10 good people on his level 1. The next finds 7. Then there are always those who will do nothing. But then comes the star who even outperforms you – such people are the leaders you will work with and together you will build big businesses. The statistics show that 10 people on your 1st level will together find at least 50 people on your 2nd level who will find 200 on your 3rd level, who in turn find 600 on your 4th level. This means you will have more than 860 contributing people in your business.

The group will generate R21500 for charities and you will be earning R16100 plus bonuses and rewards.

Would over R20 000 per month residual income change your life or make a difference to you?

It sure will make a difference to the Charities.

It’s important to understand how you qualify for commission on each level. As explained, you need at least 3 paying people on your 1st level. In this example there are 6 paying members, so you qualify for commission and will earn R10 on each of them. In order to earn commission on your 2nd level you must have at least 1 commission earner on your 1st level. The same for your 3rd level: at least 1 commission earner on your 2nd level and on your 3rd to earn on your 4th level. If you don’t have a commission earner on your 1st level, you will not earn any commission from your 2nd. 3rd & 4th levels.

Reasons to Join U-Care

No false promises. U-Care makes no false promises. If you want to succeed in this business and make good money for yourself, while helping worthy causes, then you have to put some time and effort in. The harder you work the more you can expect in return.
Full training & Support. You need no previous experience in this type of business, as full trainings provided, at least in the major centers.
Leave a legacy. Your income will continue to come in long after you are gone, so your business can be transferred to your loved ones and they will continue to benefit from the business you built.
Tax deductible. This is a legal and legitimate business. At the end of the financial year you will receive an IT3(a), which will show your total earning from U-Care for the year. You are entitled to claim any legitimate business expenses incurred against this income. Speak to your accountant.
Help your community. Great social needs exist in our society. Through U-Care you can make a significant difference.
National expansion. U-Care was started in Pietermaritzburg with one person who spoke to others across the country. U-Care now has regular presentations in all major centers.
